Maple & Spruce Folk Arts Collective is a community space dedicated to preserving and sharing traditional Appalachian folk arts. Located in a beautifully converted church at 688 Beulah Road in Morgantown, West Virginia, our space brings together artisans, musicians, and learners under one roof.
Founded by Katie McCoy, Maple & Spruce grew from a deep love for the handmade traditions of the Mountain State. What started as a dream to create a place where people could learn old time music and traditional crafts has become a vibrant community hub offering music lessons, craft classes, a consignment shop for local artisans, and a weekly old time jam.
Our home is a converted church building nestled in the West Virginia countryside just minutes from Morgantown. The space features a main hall for classes and events, a shop showcasing handmade goods from local artisans, and dedicated areas for music instruction and craft workshops.
We're opening in May 2026! Follow us on Facebook and Instagram for updates on events, classes, and opening hours.
