If you cancel at least 48 hours before your class start time, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, we are unable to offer an automatic refund. At our discretion, we may offer you a credit toward a future class. Just reach out and we’ll do our best to work with you.
If you do not attend your class and have not contacted us to cancel, no refund will be issued.
Sometimes we need to cancel a class due to low enrollment, instructor availability, or other circumstances. If Maple & Spruce cancels a class, you will receive a full refund automatically to your original payment method. We’ll notify you as soon as possible and help you find an alternative class if one is available.
To cancel a registration, email us at katie@mapleandsprucefolkarts.com. Please include your name and confirmation number so we can locate your registration quickly.
Can’t make it but know someone who can? You’re welcome to transfer your registration to another person. Just email us at least 24 hours before the class with the new attendee’s name.
